As part of our commitment to professional development, we recently welcomed the staff from MC4 KSA and Ataya Oman for an intensive milling training program. This training provided a complete immersion in the essential processes of flour production, from theory to practice.

The participants began with an in-depth exploration of the theoretical fundamentals, before moving on to practical sessions in our operational pilot mill. They refined their skills in key areas such as cleaning, grinding, and packaging, laying the foundation for their training journey.

Over the course of the program, participants had the opportunity to explore the inner workings of the milling industry through industrial visits, quality control sessions, and raw material analysis. Each day provided new opportunities for growth and learning.
